We love to run ‘Wellness Weeks’ comprising of a drop in drop out style of events with no set daily routine. You can do as much or as little of what you want when you want, it‘s all about relaxing and reconnecting with the mind, body and soul. Check out our example menu below and the our dates.

Tracey is from the UK and has been cooking around the world for 20 years. Tracey teaches uncomplicated healthy cooking.
